Séjour mémorable ! ☺Qu’il y ait souci, cela arrive, hélas, et partout ! Mais à l’Intercontinental Addis-Abeba, il y aura toujours quelqu’un pour, promptement avec une réactivité remarquable, pour trouver une solution. Et à tout le moins une parade. Spécifiquement, vous serez probablement surpris par la créativité et la disponibilité du Front office Manager, Mme Biruktawit. N’hésitez pas à la solliciter, j’y ai personnellement gagné en temps et en facilités!☹Seul bémol, l’hôtel en dépit de son emplacement stratégique vers les sites pertinents de ville, et malgré la dévotion exemplaire du personnel, n’a pas encore retrouvé son taux de remplissage d’antan. Il y a notamment peu de fréquentations dans les commerces du grand hall de l’hôtel.

Great Service, Awesome Stay! ☺ Intercontinental Addis surpassed our expectations! The staff had been exceptional esp their Guest Service Manager, Biruktawit. He made sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay! From check-in, luggage service, waiters and waitresses, restaurant supervisor/manager, to security personnel. They were very hospitable and friendly. Felt right at home! The hotel is perfectly located, in close proximity to places we had to go. Our apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you IC Addis for the great stay, for making our upgrade request possible, and for our new Loyalty card. We look forward to coming back for more stays in the future. All the very best!!!

Very good ☺ Friendliness of staff and service. Central location.☹ Breakfast selection was more local food than international variety. Rooms had individual light switches which was a pain to switch off because it was in different locations.

Remarques ☺Le service d accueille ,tout comme celui des chambres restaurants sont excellents☹Sincèrement tout est bien excepté les personnels qui ne sont du tout éduqués et ne comprennent aucune langue internationale apart leur langue éthiopienne .cela n est pas du tout bon pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

A great gate-away location ☺ Fast internet, good breakfast, quite location☹ There was no hot water in the shower on my first day but it was reflctified later
